• Responsibilities
• Develop project concepts and conducts studies to assess business viability
• Create financial and market analysis to identify target market
• Ensures brand integrity and project commitments are protected.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Managing client accounts and executing sales objectives.
• Do site inspections to verify the work reported accomplishments and keep up to date on the project's physical status.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Qualifications
• Must have at least 3 years' experience in the related field
• Must have corporate orientation (B2B experience)
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Marketing, Property Development / Real Estate Management.
• Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
• Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
• Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
• Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• With Marketing and Business skills strategies
• With leadership skills, data analysis, decision making, and strategies planning.
• Flexible with work hours and amenable to travel as needed
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
• Salary
• Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
