Part of a huge local conglomerate100-bed Level 2 facility with cutting-edge capabilitiesAbout Our ClientThe hospital provides a comprehensive suite of services : Emergency care, ICU (cardiac, neurology, general)Advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, mammography, heart ultrasound) and laboratoryAmbulatory surgical center for both major and minor proceduresA multi-specialty center model, including Neuroscience, Diabetic, Stroke, Wound & Ostomy, Aesthetics, Lifestyle / Wellness, Geriatrics, and post-COVID rehabIntegrated practice units (IPUs) and specialist group-practice, boosting efficiency and collaborative careJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities : Operational Leadership : Manage daily operations of a 100-bed hospital, ensuring quality care delivery and operational efficiency.Implement and monitor hospital policies, protocols, and performance standards in line with system-wide goals.Lead multi-disciplinary teams across clinical and non-clinical departments to meet KPIs and accreditation requirements.Financial Management : Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation.Analyze financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies to improve profitability and sustainability.Ensure compliance with billing, procurement, and audit standards.Strategic Execution : Execute strategic plans in alignment with growth and quality targets.Lead and support expansion efforts, digital transformation, and new service line development.People and Culture : Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Mentor department heads and ensure workforce planning, training, and development are aligned with organizational needs.Promote physician and staff engagement and retention.Quality, Safety & Patient Experience : Drive continuous improvement in quality of care, patient safety, and satisfaction.Ensure hospital accreditation compliance (e.g., PhilHealth, DOH, ISO, JCI if applicable).Establish patient-first initiatives, grievance mechanisms, and service recovery systems.Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with government agencies, local partners, and the community.Coordinate with central leadership to report performance and receive support.The Successful ApplicantQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare operations.Strong understanding of hospital regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards in the Philippines.Proven track record in strategic execution, financial stewardship, and team leadership.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead diverse teams.What's on OfferCompetitive Monthly SalaryExecutive Benefits PackageLeadership Role in a Strategic LocationNetwork Advantage
