NteK seeks to play a niche role as a service provider in the following areas :

Managed IT Services, Outsourcing of IT Personnel, Infrastructure Services (Networking, CCTV, IP Telephony), Technical Support Contracts, On-Demand IT Services (Fixing IT issues on call-basis for a fixed rate), Backup to Cloud & DRaaS Services (On-premises & Cloud based backup with full image restoration and boot from cloud), Desk Side Support Services (IMAC, Imaging, Troubleshooting)

Our Presence NteK has been delivering their services for over 13 years. NteK is active in Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Yemen, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan, Lebanon & Pakistan.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Responding to Client service requests.
  • Assigning ticket to the relevant engineer following up till the issues are closed.
  • Taking updates from the engineer and updating the client in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Providing monthly help desk reports.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Google Sheets, Email Communications, Whatsapp Communications, Communication Skills, Self Motivated and Ability to learn quickly
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
