  • Property Specialist Responsibilities
  • Promotes AHRDC properties through booth-manning, advertisements, and other effective strategies
  • Provides site tour for ocular visits
  • Sources potential clients and provides excellent customer service
  • Develops and maintains a client database
  • Prepares and facilitates effective client presentation
  • Assists clients in completing all required documentation to book the sale
  • Achieves monthly sales goals
  • Property Specialist Qualifications
  • Graduate or Completed at least 2 years in college
  • Preferably has sales experience
  • Preferably has ideas in digital marketing
  • Good communication skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good negotiation skills

    • Schedule :

    • 8 hour shift

      • Supplemental Pay :

    • 13th month salary

      • Ability to commute / relocate :

    • Dasmariñas, Cavite : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
