QualificationsAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.RESPONSIBILITIESER Claim Investigation and Counseling -Obtain information regarding any complaints, or claims received; make recommendations to management regarding action to be taken resolve issue; counsel employees concerning employee relations issues ensuring established corporate and departmental policies are adhere to; advise management staff on proper methods of handling employee relations issues ensuring a complete and thorough understanding of policies; know and support corporate and departmental policies regarding employee relations issues; review all employee counseling and separation documentation for compliance with policies and procedures; properly interpret, communicate and gain acceptance of corporate and departmental policies and procedures by employees and management staffTrainingProfessionally conduct all staff development training relating to general management development, staff skill development, employee relations topics; recommend classes to be offered based on overall needs of the organizationFile Maintenance -Maintain all Employee Relations files with any responses, correspondence, supporting documentation, etc., in an organized manner ensuring files are updated on a continuous basisExit Interviews -Conduct all exit interviews for separated employees; follow established interview format ensuring proper documentation of informationRisk Management Functions -Ensure employee awareness of safety issues according to established departmental procedures and regulationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESIncumbents will be expected to master the following knowledge, skills, and abilities
Generalist background in Human Resources
Federal and state agencies involved in resolving employee relations issues

- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major work in business administration, human resources management, or related field required.
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Experience
- Minimum three years Human Resources experience required, preferably including employee relations.
Previous experience dealing with management from first line supervisors through middle managers.

- Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
