Senior Litigation Lawyer

Job PurposeResponsible for administering and supervising Bank Lawyers and Paralegals of the Department with respect to handling cases filed by and / or against it, managing a portfolio of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) relative to corporate loan accounts, and to a limited extent, providing legal advisory services to different units of the Bank.

Responsible for evaluating and determining the legal position of the Bank and recommending appropriate action with respect to litigated cases or to transactions or issues which may give rise to possible litigation and advise management accordingly.

Monitoring and coordinating with external counsels handling outsourced court cases.
