Job Description
Responsibilities :
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
Assist with inquiries, complaints, and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Translate documents, emails, or promotional materials from English to Spanish (and vice versa) when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills :
Must be proficient in Spanish language
Strong verbal and written communication skills
