What will you do

Team Management :

  • Generate, deploy and monitor GSC - operation’s key performance indicator in terms of delivery, cost, and quality to support and achieve company’s goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with IMI production supervisor to supervise a team of production workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Assess and recommends training and development opportunities for production employees to enhance skills.
  • Leads the overall headcount, capacity, and engagement programs management of the business unit.
  • Monitors productivity rates and product standards.

Production Planning and Scheduling :

  • Develop and execute production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust as needed.
  • Optimize workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control :
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Conduct quality inspections and identify potential issues.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality defects.

    • Reporting and Analysis :

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and efficiency.
  • Generate reports for management regarding production status and areas for improvement.

    • Other Responsibilities :

  • Support during internal / external Audits
  • Assist in preparing Weekly / Monthly Production Performance Report, management review reports, and the likes.

    • What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or technical field is required
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Production / Manufacturing supervisor
  • Experience with process FMEA, Quality Control tools and Failure Analysis technique (e.g. Design of Experiment, Fishbone diagram, 5 why analysis and other Root Cause Analysis tools).
  • Knowledge of cGMP and good documentation practices.
  • Has basic knowledge in Six Sigma, Kaizen and other problem-solving tools and / or statistical tools and able to interpret statistical data.
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly, including generating and presenting well-written reports is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams for complaint investigation and root cause analysis is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Leadership ability, problem solving, proficient time management, team player able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, production techniques, and relevant machines.
