- Updating (Download and Install) (OS and Application in all devices)
- Checking of Settings after Updating (OS and Application in all devices)
- Reinstallation (OS and Application in all devices)
- Troubleshooting (OS and Application in all devices)
- Diagnosing and repairing faults (Hardware in all devices)
- Replacing the necessary parts (Hardware in all devices)
- Network Reconfiguration of Settings
- Network Cabling
- Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years experience as IT Technical Support or equivalent
- Has experience in customer service
- Organized and has keen attention to details
- Effective in oral and written communications
- Can work with mínimal supervision
- Willing to be assign in Sta.
