Qualifications :

  • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software (Gorgias), project management tools (Wrike), and communications channel (Slack)
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in customer support, retail, or a related field is a plus.
