Actively involved in the administration and coordination of our quarterly performance management cycle

Assists with processing of our incentive's programs

Offboarding & Exit

sists HR Specialists offboarding tasks & logistics

Assists with other HR-Specific Functions

Organizing and maintaining personnel record

Updating internal HR databases

Preparing HR documents

Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.

Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.

Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries

Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner

• Requirements

Minimum 1 year of HR experience with a US-based Company

Experience with Workday highly preferred

Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and seeing projects from start to finish

Collaborative, positive, and team-spirited

Impeccable attention to detail

Tenacious, do-what-it-takes attitude

Discretion and professionalism at all times

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced atmosphere

Energetic and team-oriented with a 'no task is too big or too small' mentality
