Job description
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • A graduate of BS Medical Transcription
  • Open for Fresh Graduates, experience is not required.
  • Has good communication skills, is industrious, and hardworking
  • Can work for 40 hours per week
  • Must be accurate in transcribing patient notes.
  • Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Knows how to keep the patient information private and confidential.
  • BRIEF STATEMENT OF DUTIES
  • Verifying accuracy and completeness of all corresponding laboratory and imaging results prior to scanning and uploading documents for PhilHealth use with Circular No.

    • 2018 - 0014.

    • Summarize the patient's medical records to construct CF4 (PhilHealth use) and a clinical abstract / discharge summary.
