Position : E-commerce Optimization & Growth Manager (Shopify)

Work Hours (Client) : Full Time Remote Job - Flexible work hours

Holidays : Major US and PH Holidays

Pay Range : $1200-$2000 / month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval)

Location of search : Open to any region

We’re an off-road performance wheel company based in California, known for quality,

innovation, and affordable forged aluminum wheels. We manufacture and sell direct-to-

consumer via our Shopify site and work with dealers nationwide. We’re growing fast—and

looking for someone to help us scale our e-commerce presence.

Duties and Responsibilities :

As our E-commerce Optimization & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for improving all aspects of our Shopify website—from increasing conversion rates to driving more traffic and managing all product listings. You’ll work closely with our founder and team to identify high-impact improvements and implement them quickly.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize product listings : images, descriptions, tags, variants, specs
  • Conduct A / B tests and analyze user behavior (heatmaps, session recordings, funnels)
  • Improve conversion rates by optimizing the layout, copy, flow, and mobile UX
  • Research competitors and propose improvements to site content and design
  • Implement and track on-page SEO improvements and site structure
  • Generate weekly reports on KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, CVR, best-selling SKUs, etc.)
  • Collaborate on launching new products, landing pages, and promotional campaigns

Minimum Requirements :

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

  • Strong experience with Shopify (storefront management, theme editing, product creation)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices (titles, tags, schema, content structure)
  • Ability to write or improve product descriptions and optimize for both UX & SEO
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic keyword research
  • Able to independently identify and implement improvements without constant oversight
  • Proven experience managing a Shopify (or WooCommerce) store
  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and metadata
  • Experience building conversion-optimized product pages from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills—confident using data to drive improvements
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and e-commerce tools
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple SKUs and priorities
  • Self-starter with problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Experience with graphic tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps like PageFly, Klaviyo, Judge.me, or Shogun
  • Experience with off-road or automotive aftermarket industries
  • Graphic design / editing skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, Lucky Orange, etc.)
  • Experience launching products and planning marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work with Shopify theme files or Liquid code (basic level)
