We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning programs for both leaders and individual contributors, primarily to the Asia Pacific Region and also to the globe.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning
Use up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered
Access and collaborate with other expert resources to deliver training
Design and deliver training in a variety of mediums, in-person, virtual lead, e-learning, video
Work with global L&D partners and regional leaders to align learning deliverable with strategic business needs
Assess class performance and curriculum and delivery effectiveness
Work with leaders to support trainees' transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace
Conduct needs analyses to create the optimal learner experience
Provide input to the Learning and Development strategy
Build content to deliver on our vision of the learner experience
Participate with the global L&D team in development of learning practices, tools, technology, and learning solutions.
Support the development of new facilitators
Design and create activities and learning content to support the curriculum

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Minimum 5 years' experience as a learning Facilitator
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
Experience developing training in a variety of mediums (in-person, virtual, video, e-learning)
Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
Experience leading programs of work with multiple stakeholders / partners
Experience in facilitation and delivering an engaging learner experience
Experience delivering leadership development programming
Experience working on the creation of engaging learner content
Experience with outsourced partners and training delivery to remote or work from home employees
