Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for the overall management of the mall through effective planning and implementation of its daily operations in accordance with the standard operating procedures of the company.
This includes maintaining favorable relations with the tenants, the general public, as well as local government officials; and ensuring proper operations of the building facilities, security, and other services to the mall patrons.
Efficient management of Mall equipment and facilities.
Monitor billings and account receivables.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in mall or commercial property management, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
Strong background in operations, tenant management, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Willing to report regularly to the Bataan head office.
