• Your Role and Responsibilities

Activities may include but are not limited to contract audit and registration, order, billing, disputes resolution and end-to end transactions in mid-level complexity.

In addition, people in this specialty are responsible for accurately handling processing / transaction requirements, escalations and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity.

This role may require leading conference calls with stakeholders and aligned functions as necessary to solve operational challenges.

• Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

Administrative, Sales support professional experienced working in fast-paced environment, demanding strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and leverage capabilities to meet client and business requirements and has a good priority setting and time management skills.

Ability to process information with high level of accuracy and speed.
