As a Network Engineer II, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures for our clients or internal use.

You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of the network and collaborate with various teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.Responsibilities : Network Design & Implementation : Design and implement local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud-based network solutions.Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose and resolve network-related issues to maintain optimal performance and uptime.Configuration Management : Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other networking devices to ensure proper functionality.Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor network performance and identify areas for optimization or improvement.Security Compliance : Ensure the security and integrity of the network by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security protocols.Documentation : Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, and documentation for future reference and troubleshooting.Collaboration : Work closely with system administrators, security teams, and other IT staff to ensure seamless integration and support of all technology infrastructure.Testing & Validation : Test network configurations and changes to ensure they meet the necessary standards and performance benchmarks.On-call Support : Provide on-call support during off-hours, as necessary, for critical network issues.Qualifications : Can report onsite and in the night shift in Clark, Pampanga.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Education may be substituted with additional years of experience in the role.Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or related IT roles.Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.Experience with networking protocols like TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.Hands-on experience with Firewalls, Switches, Cameras and other network equipment.Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).Experience with network security best practices and general cyber security best practices.Familiarity with Active Directory and ESXi virtual environments.Understanding of Endpoint Security and Email Security (AV / Ransomware, DMARC, SPF,etc)CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent certification.CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certifications.ITIL or other relevant service management certifications are a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of cloud-based networking concepts (AWS, Azure, etc.)
