Requirements :

18 years old to 35 years old

willing to be assign at project site in Batangas (staff house provided by the company)

Project-Base Employment

Responsibilities :

Load and unload construction materials.

Operate machinery and equipment.

Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Follow safety protocols and procedures.

Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying.

Set up and take down temporary structures.

Mix and pour concrete.

Clean and prepare construction sites.

Remove debris and hazardous materials.

Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.

Transport materials to and from job sites.

Assist with the installation of fixtures and fittings.

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor.

Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.

Work collaboratively with team members.

Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

Ensure quality and accuracy of work.

Participate in training and development programs.
