Role Overview :

As a Reporting & Analytics Specialist , you will be a crucial player in our mission to deliver tailored reporting and analytics solutions to our global hotel customers. Your insights will empower operations managers, revenue management directors, and other key personnel to make informed decisions and drive exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do :

Global Impact : Join a dedicated team delivering critical data insights to hotels around the world. Your work will enable our clients to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

Collaborative Design : Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, and design and develop custom reports and dashboards that meet their specific requirements.

Implementation Excellence : Oversee the testing and implementation of reporting solutions for our international clients, ensuring they are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Documentation & Communication : Create clear and comprehensive functional and technical documentation for both internal teams and clients. Keep all stakeholders informed with timely and accurate project updates.

Teamwork : Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of reporting solutions, fostering collaboration and driving success.

What You’ll Bring :

Language Skills : Fluency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate across global teams and clients.

Interpersonal Strength : Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work well with others and drive collaborative success.

Reporting Expertise : Experience in creating reports in a data-driven environment using BI reporting tools, with a solid track record of analysis and insights.

Hospitality Knowledge : Familiarity with Oracle Hospitality PMS Opera and Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud is a plus, as is any experience in the hospitality industry.

Analyze business needs and provide recommendations on how to program the product hierarchy to address the customer’s specifications. Write custom reports and exports, and make modifications to the solution to meet customer's needs. Assist with end-user training and take the hotel live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Mentor and develop lower level Implementation Consultants. May assist in a presales capacity to help drive sale.
