We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support a growing landscaping and outdoor services business. This remote role serves as the central communication link between customers, field crews, and the billing team.
You will handle incoming customer calls, manage and document service requests, coordinate field crew schedules, and ensure every customer inquiry is resolved with professionalism and care. Training on LMN (Landscaping Management Software) will be provided to the right candidate.
