GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a Benefits Policy Data Entry Specialist for a US-based client. This position will be working from 12:00 am to 9:00 AM PHT and applicable for Philippine-based candidates only.
Work time will shift to better hours over time.
Job Description
The Benefits Policy Data Entry Specialist is responsible for reviewing insurance policy documents and accurately entering structured plan design and rate information into the company's internal database with a required accuracy rate of 98 percent or higher. This role supports a high-volume workflow in which insurance carriers submit thousands of policies that must be carefully read, interpreted, and coded into a centralized benefits repository. The position requires identifying key policy details such as coverage terms, duration periods, benefit amounts, rate structures, and eligibility classes, validating automated data extraction results, manually completing missing information, and moving records through defined quality stages within a 24, 48, and 72-hour internal service level agreement. This is a detail-oriented production role that demands consistency, focus, and near-perfect accuracy.

- Review insurance policy documents to identify plan design details and rate structures
- Extract and enter relevant coverage information, including benefit terms, duration periods, eligibility classes, and monetary amounts
- Validate automated document extraction results and manually complete missing or unclear data
- Interpret complex products, including long-term disability and critical illness policies
- Accurately code structured data into the internal database without copying and pasting raw text
- Move records through defined workflow stages, including Setup, QA1, QA2, and completion
- Maintain a 98 percent or higher data accuracy rate
- Meet internal 24, 48, 72-hour service level agreements consistently
- Follow up via email with brokers when documentation is incomplete or unclear
- Maintain organized documentation and adhere to internal data standards
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, insurance operations, benefits administration, or similar document processing roles
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret structured documents accurately
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy standards
- Comfortable working in repetitive, production-based environments
- Ability to maintain focus and consistency when processing high volumes of documents
- Basic understanding of insurance or employee benefits terminology preferred
- Strong written communication skills for broker follow-up
- Reliable remote work setup with stable internet and dedicated workspace

- Night Differential: Additional pay for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PHT)
- Work time could shift to be early am over time.
