Position Overview

StaffHero is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that supports our clients' branding, marketing, and business initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging graphics across digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and leadership to produce high-quality creative assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital ads, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop visually appealing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Design infographics, reports, and other business collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and digital assets.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and project objectives.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, social media, and digital design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Experience with Canva and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating assets for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software.
• Basic motion graphics and animation experience.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Experience using AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a marketing agency, creative agency, or remote team.
