Job Description

• Manage AP Mailbox
• Process Inventory and Non-Inventory invoices in the system (three-way match)
• Reconcile vendor statement
• Reach out to vendor for variances
• Process and review payment run
• Review discount and term payments
• Answer vendor queries
• Review open POs
• Complete Ad Hoc projects related to AP payments, audit and clean up
