Work Location : Makati City

Working hours : 3PM - 12MN | 4PM - 1AM (Temporary WFH set-up)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all hiring activities including but not limited to :
• Working with onshore and offshore managers to identify staffing needs and using both active and passive recruiting techniques to secure candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline
• Assisting with development of a unique selling point to attract applicants
• Managing onboarding process for all new hires, coordinate trainings with department heads
• Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing a system for applicant tracking; Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements based on company needs
• Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and interviews via MS Teams and / or in person
• Coordinate in-office work days among departments
• Update job descriptions for existing positions in order to provide job clarity and better departmentalize the current structure
• Review / Manage employee timesheets
• Review / Manage employee payroll
• Coordinate with department heads to lead the annual employee review process
• Ensure reviews are delivered in line with anniversary of hire and discussed with employees to address goals and concerns
• Develop an employee retention strategy
• Organize team-building activities (outings, retreats, events, motivational speakers
