Requirements : College graduate preferably in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Financial Management.At least three (3) years experience directly related to Procurement and Inventory Management.Key Responsibilities : Annual Planning & Development : Improve purchasing & inventory procedures.Plan purchase schedules and staff development.Ensure efficient budget allocation.Procurement Management : Handle purchase requisitions & supplier sourcing.Compare supplier quotes & select the best offer.Prepare purchase orders and process transactions.Conduct actual purchases if necessary.Inventory & Asset Management : Conduct and reconcile physical inventory counts.Generate monthly inventory reports.Supplier & Contractor Coordination : Manage supplier accreditation.Oversee bidding sessions and contractor proposals.Financial & Administrative Tasks : Prepare accounts payable vouchers.Handle employee accountability items.Ensure compliance with company policies.Staff Supervision & Performance Management : Evaluate and coach subordinates.Monitor performance improvement progress.General & Compliance Responsibilities : Attend meetings and represent the company externally.Maintain confidential records.Take accountability for issued materials and system access.Knowledge : Procurement procedures, quality standards, administrative processes.Skills : Negotiation, organization, communication, analytical thinking, and computer proficiency.Behavioral Standards : Uphold company values, professionalism, and teamwork.
