About the role

As a Specialist in Supply Chain Governance & Improvement at Orica, your responsibilities include managing risk and ensuring compliance with operating licenses. You’ll achieve this by establishing and maintaining a global process and data governance framework for the entire Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing function. Additionally, you’ll drive process enhancements and improve business efficiency across these functions.

What you will be doing

Governance & Compliance

• Review and maintain group standards, group procedures and Supply& Manufacturing best practices documents.
• Work with business users to implement key process controls and monitor compliance to existing standards, procedures and best practices.
• Champion programs to improve robustness of governance framework, in support of changing business environment.
• Assist in functional internal and external audit exercises.
• Instil high level of safety standards across Orica’s supply chain and manufacturing processes.
