Manage accounts payable (AP) inbox, process invoices, update vendor information, and match payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Oversee credit card activity, including G / L coding and statement reconciliations.
Reconcile bank statements and financial schedules, addressing any discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice or payment issues and ensure accurate reconciliations.
Assist with payroll preparation, processing, and payroll deduction reviews.
What We’re Looking For 3+ years in bookkeeping / accounting is a must.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel is required.
Solid understanding of accounting cycles, account treatments, and frameworks like IFRS or U.S.
GAAP.
Reliable internet connection, computer / laptop, and a backup ISP.
A growth-driven, detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
