Responsibilities : Lesson Planning and Delivery : - Develop and implement Mandarin language lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. - Plan and prepare engaging and interactive lessons for students of various proficiency levels. - Deliver lessons effectively, ensuring students understand the material and actively participate. Instruction and Assessment : - Instruct students on the fundamentals of grammar, syntax, and pronunciation. - Provide feedback and guidance to students on their progress. - Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning and progress. - Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance. Creating a Positive Learning Environment : - Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. - Encourage and motivate students to excel in their Mandarin studies. - Promote a positive attitude towards learning and cultural understanding. Communication and Collaboration : - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. - Participate in faculty and staff meetings.Qualifcations : - At least 2 years of experience in teaching Mandarin speaking, reading and writingPreferred resident in Philippines can speak Tagalog, English and Mandarin- A Mandarin teacher's job description involves imparting knowledge of the Mandarin languageand Chinese culture, developing students' proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing, andfostering a conducive learning environment.
