We're looking for an Executive Assistant who can seamlessly support our executives in managing tasks, enhancing client engagement, streamlining operations, and driving marketing initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the success and efficiency of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Use tools like Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Zoom Workplace, RingCentral, or Hubspot to build and maintain systems for operational efficiency
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications with professionalism
- Assist in preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and key documents
- Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Support multiple executives by managing their inboxes and schedules
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Safeguard sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Continuously seek ways to improve administrative processes and boost team efficiency
