Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. The role will support business operations by implementing effective HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business objectives

• Provide HR guidance and support to management and department leaders

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations

• Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, culture development, and retention

• Handle disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and HR-related concerns

• Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in HR management or a similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Experience in logistic, manufacturing, retail is a plus
