Strong proficiency in HR software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices related to human resources. The ideal candidate will bring HR expertise, preferably with experience in the U.S. healthcare industry, particularly in psychiatry. This role involves managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Employee File Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Payroll Management : Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Utilize HR software and EHR systems to streamline and automate HR processes.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to resolve HR-related issues.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives for employees.
