By joining us as an Engineer I Technical Support, Quote to Book, you will be providing technical sales and application support to Emerson Process Management—Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) in generating quotations and order management for ANZ operating units.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills in providing excellent customer service to Emerson as a member of the Manila Australia New Zealand Alliance Team (MANZAT) organization. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To handle the proposal and quotation management.
• To perform commercial and technical screening of orders
• To manage order from entry to booking
• To monitor workload management.
• To communicate with the customers and support internal ANZ sales engineers via emails and calls.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any engineering related course.
• Technical knowledge on instrumentation products
• Basic knowledge of Instrumentation Engineering Principles.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of Emerson Products (Isolation Valves)
• Minimum years of experience in proposal generation and order management
