What Youll Do

Support internal and operational teams through voice and written channels (calls email chat) with professionalism and clarity

Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed to resolve requests or gather information

Provide accurate information and practical support to help teams resolve issues efficiently

Document interactions updates and actions to ensure visibility and continuity

Escalate complex or time-sensitive matters to the appropriate teams

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve workflows and team effectiveness

Meet service standards and turnaround times while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

What Were Looking For

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Senior High School graduate or equivalent

BPO or shared services experience is a plus

High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting teams via voice email or chat is an advantage

Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
