Talent Acquisition Intern
Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities, assisting with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
· Review and screen resumes based on role requirements
· Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders
· Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records
· Support job posting creation and updates across recruitment platforms
· Conduct candidate outreach and follow-ups under recruiter guidance
· Assist in preparing interview materials and basic recruitment reports
· Support pre-employment and onboarding documentation as needed
· Perform other recruitment and HR administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Interest in recruitment, hiring processes, and people operations
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
· Willing to learn and take guidance from senior recruiters
· Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Workspace, and online tools
· Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
