We are looking for a  Senior Email Marketer (Klaviyo)  to join our growth marketing team. This teammate helps in reviewing and refining email list segmentation and lifecycle flows to enhance engagement and ensure effective campaign management, while also cleaning up profiles to eliminate duplicates. Additionally, the role includes executing email campaigns, implementing tagging system improvements, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing e-commerce support across various management areas. Journey Development : Creating new post-purchase and pre-purchase journey email ideas and flows to enhance customer engagement. Campaign Management : Developing, testing, QA, deploying, and monitoring email and SMS campaigns, including standalone messages and automated lifecycle journeys. Performance Optimization : Executing A / B tests and monitoring performance metrics (e.g., open rates, bounce rates) to optimize email and SMS effectiveness. Dynamic Content and Support : Configuring dynamic content for campaigns using Figma, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing minimal customer service assistance through the Gorgios platform.   The Requirements : 4+ years of experience in Klaviyo email marketing as a Klaviyo expert : New builds, segmentation, A / B testing, automations, workflows, technical troubleshooting of the ESP, and more You are an expert in email deliverability , understanding the technical issues of email-sends and developing solutions to email deliverability challenges, ensuring strong open and engagement rates with audiences. If you do not have prior-experience in SMS campaigns, that is okay; This role will require you to independently learn SMS campaigns to quickly become the expert.  HTML / CSS email coding skills for troubleshooting and making simple updates to email content. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges. You are a proactive communicator; you identify problems and solutions, and propose those ideas to your U.S. based leader. You are obsessed with email accuracy; your quality check all of your email copy, workflows, and automations to ensure the right emails go to the right audiences. Ability to work PST hours. Nice-to-Have : Customer.io email marketing and automations experience Experience building and deploying SMS campaigns. Experience with in-app push notifications.
