Conduct scheduled trade checking to outlets and investigation upon receiving concern, report or complains.Reports to client the manning per outlet and outlet without merchandiser.Conducts interview to applicants and initial orientation to newly hired employees with alinement of client's procedures.Compiles and update employees 201 files records with complete attachment of requirements, checklist, updated contract base on manning and latest payroll.Checks Daily Time Record (DTR)of employees assigned in Province.Supervises coordinators, sales demo and merchandiser in terms of their job performances and attendance.Addresses all concerns of coordinators, sales demo and merchandiser and outlet's concerns with proper coordination to client.Makes sure that displays are in good condition and have been updated with new merchandise as needed.Backchecks activities of sales coordinators, sales demo and merchandisers.Evaluates outlets and ensures compliance to all merchandising standards.Assesses the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts.Ensures product prices are clearly marked and that items are properly displayed.Reports and coordinates to Operations Manager about personnel concerns, outlet's concerns and product utilization concerns.To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
