Job description

The Role :

Conduct one-on-one and group language sessions online.
Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Utilize various teaching tools and resources to enhance learning.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Join a dynamic team of educators dedicated to fostering language skills and cultural understanding.

Ideal Profile :

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of educational qualifications and interpersonal skills to effectively teach the Indonesian language.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field.

Experience in language teaching or tutoring.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

Soft skills such as patience and empathy are essential for this role.
