Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we seek to hire an Associate Trainer to join our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive training programs, ensuring delivery of consistent and engaging content
Lead simulation-based training sessions to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill development
Provide ongoing support to trainees by responding to questions and facilitating understanding
Uphold and enforce the company's code of conduct, fostering a respectful and productive training environment
Assess trainee readiness and recommend deployment to the production floor based on performance and progress
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to serve as a model for trainees
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration
Support the development and refinement of training materials and job aids as time allows

Job Requirements:

Graduate of any business-related course (Associate or Bachelor's)
Has 1 year of training or teaching experience in a classroom set-up
Has experience in creating process documents or training tutorials
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software
Has BPO experience for at least 6 months
Exposed to multiple customer relation management (CRM) systems
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Certification from talent and training association is a plus
