Job descriptionEnsuring that all tickets are being handled on a timely manner. o Quoting assistance and margin change request o Deal Registration o Incumbency o Account and opportunity territory alignments o Consolidation requests o Providing individual quote support to reps o Providing basic CRM training to reps Easily identify and prioritize tickets according to the business needs. Evaluate information collected from multiple resources, resolve conflicts and render high level of support. Easily adapt to a very fast paced environment and ability multi task. Role Summary
To be the first line of support in rendering quality assistance to each sales person that will enable them to book business with Sophos.
Sales Operation Tier 1 Support will be the liaison between internal department to fix issue, coordinate request and disseminate information among Sophos employee not limited to Sales, IT, Finance, Order Processing, Support, Pricing Operations, Marketing and Regional Sales Operations.
This incumbent will report to the Sales Operations Team Leader
- Manila and dotted line to Sales Operations Manager.
