Ability to support Omnicast video management capabilities, including video monitoring, playback, and video analytics integrations as part of the broader security operations workflow.
Foundational understanding of Mission Control for incident management, response orchestration, event correlation, and automated workflow design.
Awareness of ClearID access management capabilities for physical identity, access-rights management, and visitor workflows.
Familiarity with Data Exporter for data extraction feeds, analytics enablement, and external reporting/database integration needs.
Awareness of Operations Center for operational task management, maintenance workflows, investigations, dispatch coordination, and Kanban-style tracking.
Exposure to AutoVu license plate recognition, vehicle tracking/alerts, and automated gate-control workflows; and Sipelia SIP-based communications/intercom, audio/video call, and door-control use cases.
Support Genetec client ecosystem planning, including Security Desk, web client, mobile client, and Mission Control add-on considerations during adoption and rollout.
Database Management:
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for backup, restore, query review, performance analysis, and disaster recovery planning for physical security applications.
Ability to optimize Microsoft SQL Server for performance and resiliency using appropriate enterprise patterns such as mirroring, AlwaysOn Availability Groups, maintenance jobs, and backup validation.
Support data-retention, reporting, and data-feed requirements across OnGuard and Genetec, including awareness that source schemas and integration patterns may differ between platforms.
Operating Systems:
Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, IIS configuration, service accounts, certificate management, scheduled tasks, and Active Directory integration.
Experience supporting application clients, administrative tools, and server-side services in enterprise-managed environments, including packaging, patching, and controlled deployment practices.
