We’re hiring: Regional Digital Content Consultant (Contractor)
LUXASIA and LEAP Commerce Philippines are looking for a Regional Digital Content Consultant (Contractor) to join our Regional Creative Team.
You’ll work on real creative projects for beauty and lifestyle brands across Southeast Asia — from e-commerce visuals and digital campaigns to store launches and brand content. It’s a great chance to build your portfolio and gain hands-on experience on multi-market campaigns and regional brand execution.
What you’ll do
- Create visuals for e-commerce and digital campaigns
- Design static content and edit video assets
- Support creative work for store launches, revamps, and campaign rollouts
- Adapt content for different markets, platforms, and formats
- Spot trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Work closely with lead designers on day-to-day creative tasks
- Create engaging static, animated, and video content for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design assets for online stores, marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Amazon), product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
- Develop visually compelling creatives that align with brand guidelines while keeping content fresh and relevant.
- Support campaign rollouts, store revamps, and day-to-day creative requests from regional brands.
- Stay updated on design and digital content trends, bringing new ideas and creative solutions to the team.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver engaging customer experiences.
Requirements
- Currently in their final year of study, or a recent graduate, in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing digital, social media, e-commerce, and/or retail content, including static, animated, and video creatives.
- Proficient in design and editing tools in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics; familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
- Creative with a keen eye for aesthetics while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player who can collaborate effectively while also working with minimal supervision.
