Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Production Cook to join our food manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the large-scale preparation and cooking of traditional sweets, including leche flan, ube halaya, and macapuno.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Measure, mix, and cook ingredients according to exact company recipes and quality standards for large-batch production (leche flan, ube, macapuno, etc.).
• Machine Operation: Safely operate, monitor, and clean industrial food processing equipment, such as large steam jackets, commercial blenders, depositors, and packaging machines.
• Quality Control: Monitor cooking temperatures, consistency, and textures to ensure every batch meets brand standards.
• Physical Labor & Handling: Manually stir heavy batches, lift raw ingredients, and transfer finished products to cooling or packaging areas.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a spotless workspace. Clean and sanitize machinery and tools strictly adhering to food safety (HACCP/GMP) regulations.

Job Specifications:

• Able to work comfortably in a hot and humid environment caused by large-scale steaming, boiling, and baking equipment.
• Physically fit and capable to stand, bend, and perform repetitive manual tasks (like heavy stirring) for extended periods.
• With experience working as a cook and being assigned to production areas.
• Willing to work during weekends, holidays, and in shifting schedule.
• Willing to work in Playa St. Balut, Tondo Manila.
