QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have thorough knowledge and skills in the following scope: Fireflow, Basic Carpentry, Welding Works, Painting Works, Electrical, HVAC Airconditioning, Plumbing & Masonry
Performing quality checks of repairs on HVAC, Electrical, AC, and Plumbing
NCII holder in Electric and HVAC is a must

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for basic maintenance & repair of facility including interior & exterior and vital systems.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Masonry, and FirePro
Basic carpentry and welding works
Basic painting works
