The Shift Duty Engineer is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of all technical systems within the hotel. This role ensures a constant supply of utilities, including water, fuel, and power.
A suitable candidate should be a licensed Mechanical Engineer with experience in building or hotel operations. He / she should possess expertise in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), equipment systems, and plumbing. Likewise, the candidate must be willing to work on shifting duties, including Sundays and holidays. Knowledge of electrical and extra low voltage systems is an advantage.
