Job Summary
The Credit Assistant is responsible for receiving all applications from Sales Support Assistants in accordance with established cut-off time, and initial review and processing of loan applications in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures that loan requirements are complete and reviewed prior loan approval.
Responsible for ensuring loan requirements are complete prior to loan release/booking.
Responsible for tasks such as but not limited to scheduling of loan releases, filing and warehousing applications and documents, organizing loan folders, encoding of necessary data and results into the loans system/s, and the like.
Provides regular MIS, reports and forms according to standard process.
Assists the Credit Officer in activities required in the processing, checking, evaluating, and maintaining of loans.
Qualifications
College graduate, preferably with business background
Preferably with six (6) months relevant work experience in unsecured loan operations
Microsoft Office software proficient
Hardworking, organized and diligent; Attentive to details; Can work well under pressure
Willing to work onsite in Calamba
