Job description

Were seeking a Clinical Analytics Manager to lead analytical and reporting initiatives that measure and enhance the value of our clinical programs.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop predictive models and analytics to assess program value and risk.
  • Blend clinical, analytical, and IT skills to create performance measurement tools.
  • Present findings to leadership and clients to improve outcomes.
  • Support development and quality control of clinical software and databases.
  • Collaborate on cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

What Youll Bring:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy and 35 years in managed care pharmacy or clinical program management.
  • Registered Pharmacist license.
  • Proficient in MS Office, relational databases, SAS, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
