Position Responsibilities:
*Determines data runs/analysis that are aligned to Section objectives/user needs and determines processes/systems to help improve efficiencies; generates data tables/charts, conducts analysis and writes reports for regular release and special data requests based on management/user objectives, with the aim to provide users with accurate data, information and insights that can guide them in the assessment of the network, its programs and making/developing strategic and tactical decisions.*Acts as project manager for internal ad hoc research studies, customized data analyses/special projects and coordinator for external research projects, ensuring proper implementation of said studies as assigned.
Job Requirements: > Graduate of Communication Research, Statistics, Psychology or other related course> Has at least 3 years experience in market/consumer research, media research, advertising research or other related fields, with sufficient involvement in the conduct of various types of research studies/surveys covering all phases of the market research process (i.e. research design, questionnaire design, data gathering, data processing, report preparation)> Above average numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills> Above average written and verbal communication skills both in English and Filipino> Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel> Some experience in automated report processing/generation using Excel or any automation software/tools (e.g. SPSS, Access) is an advantage> Working knowledge on general statistical principles> Effective client servicing skills> Understanding/knowledge/experience of online surveys/qualitatives, data analytics, big data or data science
