Job description

1. Equipment Setup & Maintenance

Set up, use, and take down rigging equipment like chains, pulleys, and hoists. Inspect and maintain all gear to ensure it is safe and working properly.

2. Load Handling

Check load weights, choose the right rigging, attach and secure loads, and guide them safely into position.

3. Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety rules, keep the work area clear, identify escape routes, and ensure no one is under the load during lifting.

4. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the crew and crane operators, using clear hand or radio signals to ensure safe and smooth operations.
