Bilingual Dispatcher (Russian–English)

Position Overview The Bilingual Dispatcher will coordinate and manage transportation schedules, ensuring efficient communication between drivers, clients, and operations staff. This role requires fluency in both Russian and English to handle dispatching tasks, resolve issues, and maintain smooth logistics operations across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and vehicles according to schedules, routes, and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with Russian‑ and English‑speaking drivers, clients, and team members.
• Monitor deliveries, pickups, and route progress to ensure timely service.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and service requests in both languages.
• Record and update dispatch logs, schedules, and reports accurately.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dispatching software, GPS systems, and MS Office tools.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
