Job descriptionWe're looking for someone who can listen to customer service problems and then come up with a unique and creative solution for each one. The ideal applicant for this position will have a solid understanding of the company's customer service procedures and be well-versed in product knowledge, which is crucial for providing clients with prompt and accurate help. Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and attempting to develop a positive rapport with each caller is your responsibility. Maintain product expertise and be informed of any changes in corporate policies by working with the management team. By resolving issues and turning unhappy customers into repeat customers, you can help the company's bottom line. Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when dealing with clients at all times Work on-site in Meycauayan, Bulacan Must be 18 years old or older JHS / SHS, College level / Graduate Preferably but not required : 1-year BPO experience in Tech or 1-year working experience in any Tech field.
Completed Tech courses
- Must be available to work at night, on holidays, and on weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can type at least 40WPM
- A desktop or laptop is needed for the online assessment
