Job description

The Tech Lead will be responsible for building solutions and evolving the Engineering Practices for all engineers, making it easier to use the cloud, improving the productivity of engineers, and bringing observability & reliability to application.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Working as a Core contributor with your team, writing great quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

  • Bring In-depth knowledge of design patterns, architecture & cloud infrastructure to the team and drive engineering quality.

  • Work with multiple teams to solve complex technological problems, bring insights and drive application/platform-specific related strategy

  • Mentor and strengthen their specific application/platform team by improving the ability to deliver great quality of work (both functional and non-functional) and keep the high bar of the craft

  • Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in building and delivering solutions

  • Should have prior experience on specific tech stack, GCP, and AWS or Azure

  • Excellent understanding and experience with Design Principles

  • Experienced with Agile teams is a plus

  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
