Job description

QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management or digital marketing.Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Proficiency in content creation and design tools, particularly Canva.Excellent written communication and content creation skills.Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Ability to analyze data and optimize social media strategies.Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.KEY ROLES : Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.Create and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos) for social media platforms using design tools like Canva.Monitor and respond to audience interactions across platforms.Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.Stay updated on social media trends and tools to enhance brand presence.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns.
